How to Order
To place an order please first contact us with your requirements. You will then receive a full written quotation with scaled layout proof and design options for your approval. At his point the design can be tweaked, or you can proceed by requesting an invoice. Invoices should be paid by BACS transfer, full details will be set out within your quotation. Once payment has cleared your order will be delivered within the quoted lead time. For boulders and larger orders your order is invoiced 50% at point of order and 50% prior to dispatch.

Terms and Conditions
Payment
To place an order, we request payment by BACS direct bank transfer to the account details shown on your invoice.
Once payment is cleared you will receive a confirmation email and then your stone piece within the lead time detailed in your quotation.
Material
Please check all dimensions, quantities and product description are inline with your requirements as they cannot be altered once your order is placed.
Please note we use a fine grained sandstone which is buff in colour with subtle variations unless otherwise detailed in your quotation. By placing an order you accept there can be colour variations through the stone.
Please feel free to request a sample or arrange to visit us at our workshop.
Delivery
Small signs are delivered via a signed for service, you will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched from the workshop.
Regrettably tracking is currently unavailable for pallet deliveries.
Your consignment will be packaged sufficiently to ensure safe delivery.
A full delivery address and contact number must be supplied before we are able to dispatch. Failure to provide full delivery details will result in a delay to your quoted delivery date.
We can offer delivery on a Saturday at an extra cost.
Returns
We expect you will be very happy with your stone piece, however, if a piece is proven defective in workmanship or material we will happily either send a replacement at no extra cost to the customer or send of full refund, excluding postage costs for any order returned to our workshop.
Data Protection
We will not share any of your data with any third parties whatsoever.
Other
Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Stone is very heavy and care should be taken when lifting. We accept no liability for injuries or damage to property sustained whilst handling or installing your sign
