Blocks are typically 100mm thick and intended to be built into a structure, be that a boundary wall or as a structural component in a building – a lintel for example. Lettering is hand carved in fine grained sandstone which is buff in colour with subtle variations. It is also possible to produce your sign in reclaimed sandstone for a more rustic feel. Choose from V-cut or relief carved letters on a smooth or henpecked background. Decorative options include chamfered edges, a rebated panel and V-cut borders. If the piece is being built into a coursed masonry or brickwork wall it will be designed to match course dimensions to ensure a perfect fit, please advise of your construction method when enquiring.
Your block can be made to any dimensions you require, larger work gets broken down into multiple components. Due to the weight of these pieces they usually require palletised delivery, although a delivery and installation service is available including retro fit. Lead times are typically two weeks.
